Brilliant straw colour with green film and straw hue. Aroma of confectionary, dry hay and spice over a delicate acacia blossom end note. The palate delivers flavours of confectionary followed by a hint of sherbert and acacia blossom infusions over a dry hay and citrus back palate. The wine delivers impressive complexity at this early stage. Clean acid finish. Long sherbert, citrus aftertaste.
