Bright pale gold colour with straw hue. On the nose there is a touch of talc as the top note followed by lime, tropical fruit and spice. The palate flavours are relatively light with lime, lemon and unripe pineapple emerging over a crisp acid backbone. Aftertaste of lime and unripe pineapple.
