2005 Killara Estate Chardonnay

Bright gold colour with straw hue. Top note of honeysuckle, biscuit, yeast lees and cashew, showing excellent varietal character. The palate is drier than the nose suggests with flavours of light lees and lemon followed by a biscuit aftertaste. The palate fruit is starting to dry out, with acidity rating on the high side.
