Opaque black purple colour with purple hue. Aroma of vanilla, plum, spice and violets showing good varietal characters, with blackberry end notes. On the palate flavours of liquorice and spice are evident followed by black pepper and a hint of clove on the back palate. Impressive palate weight, joosy, with fine grained, soft tannins. Aftertaste of liquorice, blackberry and spice.
