Brilliant pale straw colour with distinct greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose exhibits aromas of citrus, toast, light kerosene and spice – a touch subdued. The palate displays good mouthfeel and concentration with flavours of citrus, toast, lime and honeyed spice. Clean crisp dry finish. Long aftertaste of citrus, lime, toast and spice. The wines solid acid structure will enable at least a further 4-5 years cellaring (2012-2017).
