A big joosy explosive red – a classic Aussie fruit bomb.
Opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Excellent cling. Top note of plum and spice followed by vanilla and black pepper with a liquorice end note. A wine that shows strong varietal character. Mouthfilling palate, generous, with strong flavours of spice, black pepper and liquorice. Big ripe and joosy – Fine, dry but perfectly balanced tannins. Very long and strong black pepper and spice aftertaste.
