The blend is composed of 93% Shiraz and 7% Viognier. Very deep, almost opaque black crimson purple colour with deep black purple hue. Top note of violet and dried apricot, followed by a spicy end note. The palate structure is relatively tight, with flavours of spice and black pepper emerging followed by a stewed fruit back palate. Aftertaste of plum and stewed fruit.
