A generous, full bodied example of the blend. Lifted nose of unripe gooseberry, followed by unripe passionfruit and tropical fruit with a grassy, herbaceous end note. The palate has good weight and creamy texture. Flavours of gooseberry, tropical fruit and unripe gooseberry over a spicy back palate. Clean acid finish.
