Brilliant pale straw colour with light straw hue. Subtle aroma of honey and lime followed by nuances of tropical fruit and rose petal. The palate structure is Germanic with a Spatlese character evident due to the residual sweetness. Flavours of lime, lemon and tropical fruit are followed by a ripe mandarin end note. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of lime, tropical fruit and ripe mandarin.
