Tasting note: Distilled in a Scottish made Forsyth pot still. Bright gold. Big and estery with bold aromas of dried mango, banana fritter and raw sugar; the sweetness drops a notch after brief exposure, introducing fruit bread, brine, clove and hints of liquorice root. Bigger still on delivery with a tsunami of semi-ripe banana, raw sugar, cinnamon and banana cake expanding at length. Superb balance at this extreme ABV. Fades with light molasses and grassy freshness; rebounds with molasses late in the aftertaste. Raw, robust Jamaican. 57.8% Alc./Vol.
