The "HSE" Rum Company offers a range of Agricole style rums finished in x Cognac, Whisky and Sherry casks, adopting the same principles of maturation that many innovative Single Malt Scotch whiskies have employed for decades.
After seven years of aging in traditional oak barrels, this rum spent over twelve months finishing in Islay Single Malt whisky casks. We've enjoyed previous releases and apart from being a terrific standalone drink, it's guaranteed to make an entertaining 'throw in' at your next Single Malt Whisky tasting.
