A delightful Pinot. Matured in French oak for 12 months. Medium body. Bright crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Perfumed ripe strawberry and spice nose with a light gamey end note, showing a degree of sophistication. On the palate spice and strawberry flavours are evident followed by a hint of truffle. Velvet smooth tannin, long aftertaste of cherry, strawberry, truffle and spice. Very Limited stocks.
