This blend is made up from 43% Barossa Merlot, 42% Adelaide Hills Merlot, 8% Adelaide Hills Cabernet and 7% Barossa Valley Cabernet.
Deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Medium body. Top note of truffle, followed by mulberry and cassis, with ripe Cabernet notes following a touch of chocolate and spice. On the palate, flavours of spice, mulberry and blackcurrant are followed by chocolate. Mouthfilling. Fine grained tannins. Perfect balance. Very long aftertaste of mulberry and spice.
