This wine was produced from the oldest Shiraz planting at Galli’s Camelback Vineyard. Almost opaque black purple colour with black purple hue. Aromas of liquorice, spice and confectionary followed by a black pepper end note. The palate displays elegance with liquorice, spice and black pepper flavours emerging. Good length. Fine grained tannins. Long aftertaste of confectionary and black pepper.
