Delicate gold colour with pale gold hue. The nose is on the light side with a hint of honey and lemon, followed by tropical fruit. Creamy palate texture. Good weight – flavours of honey, light honeycomb and tropical fruit. Clean finish. Aftertaste of honey and tropical fruit.

First tasted, April 2006:
A well made, clean, fruity white. Bright, deep straw colour with some pale gold overlay showing its late picked character. The aromas are light with tropical fruit top notes. The palate is quite luscious, with a creamy texture. Flavours of tropical fruit are followed by a hint of orange and ripe pear and just a touch of apricot juice. Soft acid finish with long spicy aftertaste.
