Peter Fergusson established this winery with his brother way back in 1968 and specialised in spit roast beef dinners to accompany his reds. This wine has been matured in French and American oak.
Medium body, crimson brick red colour with brick red hue. Top note of spice and leather followed by earth, cedar and stewed plum. Stewed plum palate with fine dryish tannins. Stewed fruit aftertaste with dryish tannins persisting.Drink (2009)
