All natural sherried Glenrothes from a single cask...and selected by one of our favourite independents. Distilled in 2005 and bottled in June 2017 from cask 11605.

Tasting note: [20ml sample] Pickled onion and trace sulphur in the opening sniffs, gaining purity and definition with granita biscuits, beeswax, muesli and continuing to develop. Thick, chewy, youthful and uncomplicated malt where terrific texture wins over complexity. A simple pleasure.
