The Garganega grape is grown around Verona in Italy, and as far as can be determined Domain Day are the first producer of the variety outside Italy. Bright straw colour with water like hue. Aroma of spice, followed by ripe pear, in many ways not dissimilar to Pinot Gris. Modest palate length with a hint of citrus over ripe pear. Clean finish.
