Brilliant pale gold colour with straw hue. Top note of cashew, followed by biscuit, melon, yeast lees and spicy oak, showing good varietal character. The palate has good weight, with flavours of peach, spice, melon and fig, overlaid with a touch of tropical fruit. Long aftertaste of spice, peach and melon.
