Bright straw colour with water like hue. Yeast lees and cashew top notes, followed by butterscotch and a hint of hazelnut. There is a sense of broadness on the palate, with flavours of cashew and biscuit dominant. Soft acid finish. Aftertaste of cashew, hazelnut, yeast lees and honeycomb.

First Tasted, April 2007: Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Top note of biscuit, yeast lees and cashew, showing good barrel ferment character. Creamy palate texture. On the palate yeast lees and biscuit flavours emerge with just a touch of tropical fruit on the finish. Clean finish.
