A very well made quaffer! Deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Medium body. Lifted nose of ripe plum, spice and violets. The palate has a sense of joosiness, without actually being joosy in the McLaren Vale sense. Flavours of plum, liquorice and spice followed by some blackberry. Plum and liquorice aftertaste.
