Bright deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Medium body. Top note of mulberry and spice, perfumed, showing good varietal character, with end notes of confectionary and liquorice allsorts. On the palate flavours of mulberry, plum and confectionary are supported by fine dry tannins that need a few more years to soften. Long aftertaste of mulberry, cedar and plum.
