Brilliant pale gold colour with straw hue, showing bottle age. Delicate nose of biscuit and yeast lees. The fruit is beginning to fade on the palate, with light flavours of butterscotch and lees emerging. Soft acid finish. Delicate aftertaste of yeast lees and cashew. Past its best.
