Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Aroma of cashew, biscuit, hazelnut, yeast lees and subtle toasted oak, showing good barrel ferment character. The palate flavour profile is relatively light, with citrus and grapefruit flavours emerging over a light yeast lees background. A relatively simple wine to be called ‘Reserve.’
