A 100% Chardonnay blend that has been aged on yeast lees for 30 months. The wine pours well with excellent creamy white mousse and very fine and persistent bead. Pale straw base wine. Aromas of biscuit, toast, lees, cashew and a hint of lemon, displaying excellent complexity. The palate is quite dry and delicate with citrus, biscuit, lees, cashew and toast flavours. Creamy texture. Clean crisp dry finish with long aftertaste of citrus, biscuit and lees.
