Brilliant pale gold colour with green tinge. The nose reveals a touch of straw followed by a tropical fruit end note. The palate is lighter than expected and needs time to evolve. There are some citrus flavours followed by a touch of tropical fruit and straw in the background. The flavour profile needs time to evolve. The acidity remains quite high.
