2005 Bress Shiraz

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson mauve hue. Aroma of spice, confectionary, liquorice allsorts, blackberry and plum. The palate structure is relatively tight. Flavours of spice, white pepper, plum and vanilla emerge. Excellent length. Fine grained, slightly dry tannins. Light aftertaste of liquorice allsorts, plum and vanilla.
