2005 Bannockburn Shiraz

Medium body, brick red colour with brick red edge. Top note of stewed fruit, cedar, plum and spice. The palate flavours are at their peak. New and old leather, cedar, liquorice and plum are evident followed by a spicy black and white pepper back palate that runs right through to the aftertaste.
