2005 Bald Rock Vineyard Pinot Noir

This Pinot has been grown on pink sandy loams at Locksley in the Strathbogie Ranges. Deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Semi translucent. Truffle and spice top note followed by a hint of earth and a touch of violets. The palate flavours are light with strawberry, cherry and stewed fruit evident. Fine dryish tannins. Modest length and depth. Aftertaste of strawberry and stewed fruit.
