An impressive Yarra Valley Cabernet produced from a tiny six acre vineyard close to Mount Mary. Bright crimson colour with crimson hue. Perfumed nose of violets and spice followed by blackcurrant, showing classic Cabernet aroma. The palate has excellent depth and weight, showing refinement and elegance. Flavours of blackcurrant, spice and cedar emerge. Perfectly balanced, supported by fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of cedar, spice, plum and blackcurrant.
