A refined and quite elegant Coonawarra Shiraz. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson mauve hue. Perfumed nose of violets and confectionary. The palate structure is quite tight, with white pepper and stewed fruit flavours over a plum background. Fine grained, chalky tannins. Aftertaste of plum and stewed fruit.
