Very deep crimson mauve colour with mauve purple hue. Medium body. Dried apricot top notes followed by toasted oak, black cherry, blackberry and spice. On the palate, toasted oak is overlaid with stewed fruit and dried apricots. Fine, dry and chalky tannins which run through onto the aftertaste. Stewed fruit and dried apricot aftertaste.
