Winemaker Tim Knappstein has produced an elegant flavour filled Shiraz. Very deep crimson colour with crimson hue. Medium body. Top note of spicy blood plum, liquorice and stewed fruit, followed by a touch of white pepper. On the palate flavours of plum and stewed fruit emerge over a white pepper background, with a chocolate back palate. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of plum and stewed fruit.
