Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Lifted nose, with faint hint of tea leaf, followed by cedar, blackcurrant, mulberry and spice, showing good varietal character. On the palate flavours of spice and white pepper followed by a touch of tea leaf. Soft tannins. Aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, cedar, spice and white pepper.
