The Hippy team at Tin Shed continue their winning formula with yet another top Riesling. Very pale straw colour with water like hue. The nose displays very impressive, lifted notes of spice, lime, tropical fruit and orange blossom. The palate structure reveals a classic Riesling profile, with crisp acid backbone supporting flavours of lime, lemon and pear. The acidity is perfectly balanced with very long lemon lime aftertaste.
