This wine has been matured for 9 months in French oak, of which 25% was new. Brilliant pale gold colour with straw hue. Aroma of hazelnut and yeast lees followed by notes of butterscotch and cashew. The palate flavour profile is light with hints of citrus over cashew and spice. The palate lacks depth. Aftertaste of citrus, spice and cashew.
