An outstanding example of Merlot. Opaque black crimson colour with deep black crimson hue. Superb, lifted nose of spice and mulberry followed by a hint of liquorice allsorts. The palate delivers very impressive weight and depth of flavour. Mouthfilling flavours of spice and mulberry followed by a layer of violet infusions over a background of liquorice allsorts. Very fine tannin structure. Long aftertaste of spice, mulberry and liquorice allsorts.
