2004 St. Huberts Pinot Noir

A Yarra Valley Pinot that misses out on depth of flavour. Medium body – semi-translucent brick red colour with brick red hue. Aroma of spice and strawberry jam followed by a hint of stalk and old leather. The palate flavour profile is short, with stalk and stewed fruit flavours evident. Fine grained tannins. Stewed fruit, stalk aftertaste.
