The Pinot Noir is sourced from Seppelt’s Drumborg Vineyard. Translucent crimson mauve colour with mauve hue. Aroma of cherry and strawberry followed by a hint of game provides for a simple sniffing experience. Simple cherry, spice palate flavours. Soft acid finish, with simply cherry spice aftertaste.
