Bright, pale straw colour with waterlike hue. This wine does not deliver the flavour profile that one would expect from a cool climate vineyard. Subdued aroma of yeast lees, cashews and biscuit. The palate flavour profile is relatively light, with flavours of toast and biscuit emerging. Clean finish. Aftertaste of citrus and yeast lees.
