Brilliant straw colour with pale green and pale straw hue. The nose has impressive lift, with aroma of almonds, melon, fig, hazelnut and butterscotch. The palate is full bodied, with creamy texture and flavours of ripe peach, melon and citrus. Soft acid finish. Aftertaste of citrus, butterscotch, yeast lees, biscuit and toasted oak.
