Very deep brick red colour with deep brick red hue showing considerable bottle development. Top note of earth, followed by spice, anise, old leather and dark cherry. The fruit is very ripe with flavours of black cherry, cherry jam and spice evident. Good palate weight, soft tannins and a warm spicy back palate. Aftertaste of ripe blackberry, spice and old leather.
