2004 Pin Pin Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque dark crimson red colour with dark red hue. The nose displays aromas of blackcurrant and leather followed by some cedar and spice. The palate is quite soft with tannins having melted away. Flavours of ripe blackcurrant and mulberry are followed by some cedar and spice with a light tobacco like overlay. Velvet smooth beautifully integrated tannins. Long aftertaste of blackcurrant, cedar, spice and leather.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2011-2014).
