Brilliant gold straw colour with straw hue. The nose is impressive, with notes of melon, honey and toast followed by butterscotch and yeast lees. The palate has good weight and mouthfeel , with spice and a touch of aniseed, followed by yeast lees, cashew, butterscotch, citrus and honey.
