Opaque black crimson colour with black, crimson hue. Top note of violets, followed by cedar, cigar box and blackcurrant – showing good Cabernet character. Flavours of blackcurrant and black pepper are supported by fine grained tannins. Good length and depth. Back palate flavours of spice, liquorice and toasted oak emerge. Fine grained, chalky tannins.
