A Coonawarra Cabernet showing considerable complexity. Bright crimson colour with crimson hue. Top note of cedar, followed by blackcurrant, cigar box, spice and confectionary with a touch of liquorice allsorts as an end note. The palate displays refined blackcurrant and cedar flavours overlaid with layers of cedar and liquorice. Fine grained tannins. Very long aftertaste of cedar, liquorice, white pepper and liquorice.
