This wine has been co-fermented with 3% Viognier. Outstanding black purple colour – totally opaque. Delicate top note of dried apricot, plum and ripe stewed fruit, followed by liquorice and a vanilla end note. Full bodied palate. Flavours of dried apricot, liquorice and cedar are evident. Fine grained, dryish tannins. Aftertaste of dried apricot and liquorice.
