Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson mauve hue. Lifted nose of plum, spice, blackberry and vanilla showing good varietal character. The palate is generous without being over blown. Flavours of plum, spice, vanilla and liquorice. Fine grained tannins, excellent balance. Vanilla, liquorice and plum aftertaste.
