The blend is composed of 71% Cabernet, 22% Cabernet Franc and 7% Malbec. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson mauve hue. Aroma of cedar and toasted oak followed by a smoky, cigar box end note. On the palate, flavours of cedar and cigar box are overlaid with blackcurrant and black pepper flavours which run through to the aftertaste. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of cigar box, cedar and blackcurrant.
