A blend of 45% Pinot Noir, 31% Chardonnay & 24% Pinot Meunier. Excellent frothy mousse showing good hold. Salmon pink base colour with an exceptionally fine and profuse bead. Nosing offers up strawberry and subtle blackcurrant scents over some yeast lees and light toast. Rich strawberry and blackcurrant flavours are overlaid by some toasty characters with yeast lees on the back palate. Clean dry finish with fresh acidity and an aftertaste of strawberry, blackcurrants, toast and yeast lees.
